- 1 Pear
- 1 slice of Cantaloupe Melon
- 1 Lemon
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 50ml Water
- few Ice Cubes
Method
- Skin cantaloupe melon & remove seeds. Roughly chop. Peel, core & chop pear. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
