  • 50g seedless Grapes
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 slice of Cantaloupe Melon
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 50ml Water
  • few Ice Cubes

Method

  1. Skin cantaloupe melon & remove seeds. Roughly chop. Peel, core & chop pear. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon. Place all the ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
