Spicy Squeak Cakes.jpegShopping & Ingredients List:

  • Bunch of Spring Onions, chopped
  • 25g Butter
  • 100g cooked Butternut Squash
  • 200g cooked Sweet Potatoes
  • 100g Cabbage cooked
  • 1 tbsp Curry Powder 

Method

  1. Mash all the ingredients together with the butter.
  2. Form into 4 Spicy Squeak Cakes.
  3. Cook on barbeque or under the grill for 3-4 minutes each side
